Ans: The possession will be according to the payment schedule and hopefully will be on time.
Q-3: Can I construct my house according to my own design?
Ans: All the houses are of the same structure. The front elevations are same and the design is the best for the client satisfaction. Changes in the design are not permitted.
Q-4: What benefit I will get by paying Lump sum?
Ans: After paying down payment, you will get a 5% discount on the remaining payment by paying in Lump sum. However the possession will be given as per the schedule.
